He 111H-6 from I./KG26....code?

Is it in any way possible to find out the code for this machine, a He 111H-6 from I./KG26 other than 1H+?? It had to do an emergency landing at sea south of Svalbard, after a mission on 13.09.42 . It has the Wk. Nr. 7567. The crew was picked up by a U-boat but the U-boat never returned and they're all since then MIA.

Crew,
Lt. Arnold Harnau (F) MIA
Uffz. Werner Telgenwerth (B) MIA
Uffz. Walter Kullick (Bf) MIA
Uffz. Friedrich Trunner (Bm) MIA

The Luftwaffe QM's returns dated 15-9-42 has in type that 7567 ditched and the crew rescued by a U-Boat. In ink has been added the crew names and the code 1H+NK, A later amendment has the crews names listed and the U-Boat as failed to return. Any idea which U-Boat was involved

Paul, thanks for the U-Boat identity. On the same QM's report it also shows 1H+BK 4535 crew of Ltn Ruby seen in dinghy later changed to crew of Ltn. Ruby returned uninjured. (Ltn Ruby later shown as missing 9-12-42 ), Wn 4727 unnamed crew rescued by Seenot. aircraft, 7076 1H+DK or H crew of Oblt Thom (unlaut over o) seen in dinghy reported missing ( NB the Deutsche Flieger unter den Nordlicht site has Thom missing in 7076 1H+NK but QM's returns has him in 7076 1H+DK or H and Ltn Harnau in 7567 1H+NK )
