Lancaster Mk1 training accident with Hurricane 12/3/45

Does anyone know of any details of Lanc. Mk1 flown by my Uncle Norman Orchard with 463 Sqdn. RAAF from RAF Mildenhall. Collided with a Hurricane on a fighter training flight on 12th March, 1945. All crew as well as the Hurricane pilot were killed. I wish to know official details of what happened, any witnesses etc.

I'm not finding any 463 Squadron losses or casualties on CWGC for that date, or any Orchard at any other time. Please recheck your information.
