Coastal Command Hudson bomber

Dear Friends,

Lately I've came across 'Report of attack of enemy submarine' (TNA - AIR 2/2925) written by P/O Anthony Brien John Pearson. The problem is that in this report I can not find any reference to the unit or plane which Pearson piloted apart of the description:
1. Aircraft: Z.224
Can anyone help me in identifying the plane type and unit to which Pearson at that time (June 1940) was assigned? As far as I know this was Hudson bomber from Coastal Command but this might wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

All the best,
Andrzej
