Hello,

what is known on Major Schelmann, Gruppenkommandeur Transportgruppe 30? Did he lead this Transportgruppe unitil the end of war? If not, who was after him? Also are known names of Staffelkapitän of TGr. 30 from Period 1944 - 1945?

Major Klamke was Kommandeur of TGr. 30 for some of that time.

18.05.40 Hptm. and Staka 6./KG 55, WIA/POW - shot down by French fighters and force landed at Taizy, S of Château-Porcien.
01.11.42 promo to Obstlt.
1943 Kdr. KGr.z.b.V. 5.
07.01.43 appt Kdr. KGr. z.b.V. 23 (to 01.05.43?).
25.02.43 WIA.
01.05.43 appt Kdr. Transportfliegergruppe 30 (to 12.11.43 MIA).
Posthumous promotion to Oberst.

Is known more about plane, crew etc. in which Schellmann flew on February 25 1943 (WIA) and on November 12 1943 (MIA) ?
