Spitfirs IX, BS251, 332 Squadron

This Spitfire was lost with Sgt Johan Nicolay Eyde on 30 January 1943 when it broke up in a high speed dive over Suffolk. Sgt Eyde had fought with the Norwegian resistance before escaping via Sweden and subsequently training in Canada before joining 332 Squadron.

I am researching his service with 332 and although I have a copy of the 332 Sqn ORB it does not record the individual aircraft letter of BS251.

Does anyone have a record of this or indeed any further information/photographs etc relating to Sgt Eyde?

Thanks

Thanks for that Stein. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the info from?

Regards
