Ofw. Sedlak from KG 76.....maybe???
Hello!
In an old thread i saw, that a Fw. H. Sedlak with the rest of the crew from 7./KG 76 was shot down in a Do 17 Z and taken prisoner on May 10, 1940. Being careful with jumping into conclusions i would like some help with the following questions. 1... Could this be the same man, now Ofw. who is on my attached death notice? 2... Is it possible to establish his airplane with codes etc. etc. in which he fell? I guess the card is right, but in "Gräbersuche" it states his death is on July 1, 1943 and in "Weltkriegsopfer.de" the date is on June 1, 1941. Would appreciate your opinion! I have not been able to find him in any of my own sources. Thank you very much in advance Christian
