F/S A L. Turnell. 120 Squadron
Hi all,
I'm looking for the details leading to the loss of the following airman, any help would be appreciated. F/S. Arthur Leslie Turnell 1064828 Killed 1st October 1944. No.120 Squadron. I believe F/S. Turnell was a Flight Engineer and was killed in a flying accident at RAF Ballykelly, Northern Ireland. Regards Peter |

Walked into a windmilling propeller of his Liberator which had just landed. Don't know serial of the aircraft.
