German Pilots of the Jagdwaffe (Bf109)

On Michael Holm's website The Luftwaffe 1933-45 under German Order of Battle Statistics as of quarter of year 1938-45 under 08.07.39 under pres. is it 534 pilots, is there any surving list of them or of the 986 listed under 30.09.39?
It would be intressed to know how many of them survived the war and how many of them served as a pilot all the way through to 1945?
