Question Oschersleben

Hi chaps! I am new to the site, in fact new to this kind of communication! Maybe there is someone out there who can help me.

I am doing a painting of the 8th AF mission 182 to Oschersleben on 11th January 1944, featuring the 381st Bomb Group operating B17s from Ridgewell. The 381st was made up of the 532nd, 533rd, 534th and 535th Bomb Squadrons. The picture features about seven B17's being attacked head-on by a couple of 109s. I have spent some time researching the AC that were in the formation of bombers, and have finished them up to a point, but I need help in the details of the German fighters.
The info I'm looking for is:

What Gruppe/ Geshwader were involved in the action?
What markings were carried by each of the units at this time?
What version of the 109 were they using? F,or G?
Can I even match up a particular pilot, his aircraft and his wingman to this particular action?

The only way I could think to approach this was I trawled through a list of 'Experten' and matched up those who had claimed a B17 on that date, at about the right time, in the right area. I imagine this has given me what units were involved, but probably not all of them.

Alfred Grislawski. I/JG1
Eberhard Burath. 4/JG1
Rudigervon Kirchmayr. 5/JG1
Anton Hackl. Stab III/JG11
Franz Steiner. 2/JG11
Gerhard Sommer. 4/JG11
Hugo Frey. 7/JG11
Johann Aistleitner. 5/JG26
Wilhelm Hofmann. 8/JG26
Walter Matoni. 6/JG26
Waldemar H. Dadener. 7/JG26
Werner Schroer. Stab II/JG27
Karl Heinz Bendert. 5/JG27
Wilhelm Kientsch. 6/JG27
Siegfried Schnell. Stab III/JG54

I have tried to find out which of these units were flying Bf109s and which Fw 190s, but got very confused with the Gruppe and staffelyn numbers in roman numerals or not! I think its an age thing, or I just going plain senile!
I think I might have a good ref to start from with a decal sheet featuring Anton Hackl's aircraft, a 109G6 of Stab III/JG11. http://www.hannants.co.uk/search/?FULL=CED24003
He claimed two B17s over "Goslar- Oschersleben" on that Date at about the right time. Do you guys think this AC and would fit my time and place?Do you have info that says any other units met the bombers that day?

Well thats about all I can come up with. If I need to go and get a specific book or books that have all the info I need, then please recommend it. I would welcome any comments or guidance you can offer. I have a bit more info on the bombers story if you need it.

You can see some of my work if you would like at www.alexhamilton.net Cheers
