Spitfire LFIX NH352, 312 sqdn

Hi,

Does anybody know the precise date when Spitfire LFIX NH352 posted to n°312 squadron ? According to Spit the History by M&S, the NH352 will arrive on 19 october 1944. I wonder if it is not before. Anybody helps with a quick look in the ORB that I have not ?

TIA

BErtrand

Re: Spitfire LFIX NH352, 312 sqdn

Thanks but these lists are copied (legally ?????????) from the book of Eric B. Morgan & Edward Shacklady. This book is built with the AM78 and these cards have been filled with some delay and are not very accurate. So logbooks and ORB must be crossed to have the true results. For the NH352 I wonder if this Spit is not arrived before 19/10/44.

Salut Bertrand,
