Ed,
An interesting photo indeed. I'm fairly certain it shows "White 48" found at Lippstadt. It was a standard Fw 190 F-8/R1 but with the black and white areas of the fuselage balkenkreuz reversed; which was definately not standard. I wonder what these high tactical numbers really represented? |
