May 1943 HSU winner killed

In the book "Stalin the Court of the Red Tsar" has an account of the Soviet dictators son Vasily Stalin. He was a pilot who was given command of an air regiment on the North Western front. there he flew one or two combat missions. in May 1943 he set off on a drunken fishing expedition in which pilots caught fish by tossing aircraft rockets into a ponfd with delayed fuses. one of the rockets exploded, killing a Hero of the Soviet Union.
Does anyone know who the HSU winner was?
Does anyone know which air regiment Vasily Stalin commanded? note: the man was a drunken incompetant.
Thanks in advance.

32 guard fighter regiment( 32 giap)
Not killed but badly wounded was HSU Kotov Alexander Grigorievich. After this incident he did not fly again and leave the army. With the help of Vasiliy Stalin he started his duty as squadron adjutant with 32 giap again in year 1946 and finally retired in year 1953. He died 2005, with age 87.
