Part of aircraft for ID

I just purchased this unknown part which might be of a German aircraft. Can anyone help me in identification please?
It measures 32 inches by 36 inches by 4.6inches (widest part on the side) It is made of very light aluminium and it has traces of dark green colour. If you need further details or images please let me know. I need this information for collection documentation purpose only.
