paul temmes me 109 13 8 40

on 13 8 40.paul temmes gruppen pencil writer,,,me 109 came down at shorham airfield,at the picture im looking at why has it not got the richtofen shield,,and no unit badge on cowerling,,as he belong to helmut wicks stab ,..on some combat report, by the army it had unit badge,as it has not,,not from my picture,
anybody, know,why..gary,,

Hi,

it does have one. The Richthofen shield is there but it is obscured, not clearly visible.
There is no badge of the 3 staffel because this is a staff a/c.
