Can anyone tell me how many victories were credited to JG 51 by the end of the war?

I have 9031 claims recorded, but would not consider that number particularly accurate, just those listed from currently available sources. The 1943-45 stuff still needs a lot of work with verification, updating and clean up.

Hi guys

Generally the figure that I have seen is 9,000 although a list of victories per Jagdgeschwader that I have seen also lists 9,350 of which 8,435 were claimed on the Eastern Front. Unfortunately I have no idea which sources were used to arrive at these figures so perhaps some caution should be used before accepting these at face value. For what it is worth I hope this helps somewhat.
