93rd BG Microfilms at Maxwell AFB

Can anyone tell me the reel numbers of the microfilms for the 93rd Bomb Group, held at the AF Historical Research Agency at Maxwell AFB? At this point I am specifically interested in the period December 1942 to February 1943 when they were based in North Africa. The film(s) containing the folders labelled GP-93-SU-OP-S for this time period are what I need to get copies of, for volume two of The Mediterranean Air War. I will then try to get digital copies of the films from AFHRA.

Many thanks.

Enjoy!

Frank.

Hi Frank,

I'm presuming that the search term "GP-93-SU-OP-S" (with quotation marks) on the following website will give you the reel number that you require...which appears to be roll B0185.

Rod,
Many thanks for the URL of that website. I don't think I knew of it before. It will make it much easier to order microfilms, or CDs, from Maxwell. And the result of the search does seem to show the Sortie Reports I am interested in.

Enjoy!

Frank.
