Officer of Aufklärungsgruppe 126 (See)

Hello Forum,

In June 1942, an officer of Aufklärungsgruppe 126 (See) visited the city of Kavala (northern Greece) with a Bv-38, where the unit's 2nd Staffel was based.
Can anyone identify him in the pictures below? Could he possibly be Commander of this unit Major Hermann Kaiser?
