Pilot Officer Paul Mayhew No. 79 Squadron.

Can anybody please help me with a photo and details of pilot Officer Paul Mayhew of No. 79 Sqdn. He crash landed his Hurricane in Ireland after combat with HE111's from KG55 on 29 September , 1940 . He was interned in Ireland but escaped on 26 June , 1941 . He returned to combat duties but I think he was killed in combat in 1942 .
I would be grateful for any help, thanks.
