Need help identifing an aircraft

Trying to ID the aircraft in the attachedfoto,and witch unit on de back says Jet propelled airplane out of Salzburg

It's an unfinished Me 262, lacking engine nacelles and nose cone. It seems unlikely it had been assigned to any unit.

The engines of these aircraft had a very brief life-span, and there are numerous photos of Me 262s at the war's end without engines.
