Franck,
I think the 109E "gelbe 3" had belonged to the 6./JG 54, but had been passed along to the JG 77 (which inherited many 109Es of various Geschwadern, still decorated with the former-owner's emblems). Crete, May 1941. GRM

NAGr. 12 did use at that time - Spring 1944 - a mix of Bf 109 G-6/R2 or Bf 109 G-8's: we thus are looking either at a W.Nr. 44x xxx batch machine or 20x xxx batch plane. I've just uploaded all nine pics on my Flickr account; they are put in the correct sequence, one of the best we have for such a NAGr jubilee event (2500th sortie)... Ed, thanks as always! Marc
