Nikita, could not find your aircraft in GQM. The only possibility I could find was on report dated 15-12-42 - 23.10(date badly smudged) 4(H)/10 F Pl.Qu.30811 engine damage Fw189 w.n.208 20% damage,

1942-10-23, 5.(H)/12 (NAGr. 16), FW 189A-2, 125108, H1+HN, Hart nördlich Krassnyj Chuduk, 90 km westlich Astrachan, Absturz infolge Jägerbeschuß. Bruch 100 %.
Flugzeugführer Ofw Tolinski, Herbert, + Beobachter Hptm Hagemann, Frithjof, gefangen Bordschütze Uffz Pöckler, Georg, + Hptm Hagemann mit Fallschirm abgesprungen. Matti

In fact, the second crewmember got captured as well. I do not know who of the two yet.
