Republic's Service Order or Bulletin - dorsal fin

Good night to all.

I was wondering if some of you could lead me and a friend of mine to the Republic's Service Bulletin (number unknown) or Order (number unknown) that informed ALL Thunderbolt operators to add a dorsal fin on their "Jugs".
This was finally solucioned on the D-40 version as we can see on the old thread on this Forum: http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/showth...ght=dorsal+fin

However, we would like to know the DATE and the number this Service Bulletin was issued to all operators of the Jug....Any infor that could lead us to that document would be great.

Thank you in advance,
Adriano S. Baumgartner
