Question Pilot Adam Tiahnybok

Hello!
We found in my grandfather's documents a photo of Adam Tiahnybok and together with my father we got interested in his history. It is very difficult to find any information about him. So far we know that he has been trained in 56 OTU in 1941 and was moved to fighting squadron. We also found out that he was a pilot in the following squadrons: 302, 303, 308 and 316
His number was P-2216.
Any help with getting more information about Adam Tiahnybok would be really appreciated. Thank you!
