Yes, here are the 'confirmed by the RLM' Spitfires from Jim Perry & Tony Woods' claims db:

Pilot, unit, type, location, time, pilot's claim nr.
Oblt. Erbo Graf von Kageneck 9./JG 27 Spitfire Ashford 9.48 13
Hptm. Max Dobislav Stab III.’JG 27 Spitfire südlich Maidstone - 8
Fw. Hans John 4./JG 51 Spitfire nordöstlich Folkestone 15.1 7
Ltn. Heinrich Tornow 4./JG 51 Spitfire nordöstlich Folkestone 15.13 9
Fw. Hans John 4./JG 51 Spitfire Folkestone - 8
Ltn. Walter Stengel 6./JG 51 Spitfire Folkestone 15.05 2
Major Hannes Trautloft Stab JG 54 Spitfire Ashford 15.05 8
Oblt. Werner Pichon Kalau vom Hofe Stab JG 54 Spitfire Ashford - 6

I'm unsure if the locations will help, an airplane can end up very far from the combat area.

Very old news. He was an apparent victim of return fire from a Ju 88 or He 111 but nothing matches albeit there were recce Ju 88s wandering around. All of GRM's claims are nowehre near Wiltshire

Re: German Claim 27 October 1940

Ju88s used to do single aircraft recce missions to all manner of places on the west coast of England, such as Liverpool and Bristol Channel area and return over Salisbury Plain, so return fire from one of these is likely; my dad saw 'Boy' Marrs shoot down such an aircraft of LG1 on 17th Sept 1940 near Westbury, Wilts and even he was hit by return fire that made him force land. Another cause could be friendly fire from the Army in the area, who may have mistaken the Spitfire for a Ju87 Stuka (It did happen!). Hopefully there will be some evidence in the wreck.

No evidence Larry. Dig was nearly a year ago, very little discovered as it hit chalk & the dig has been covered in Britain at War
