Crew positions? Do 17P loss 01.11.1940
Hi Guy's,
I am searching for the crew positions and fates regarding a Do 17P loss at Jersey on the 01.11.1940. The aircraft's Wnr. is 4086 and one of the crew was Karl Kramer. Hope someone has the details. Regards Melvin www.aircrewremembrancesociety.co.uk

This is what I have. Obviously one of the BMs should be Bordfunker.
1940-11-01, 2.(F)/123, Do 17 P, 4086, 4U+AK, St.Queens Bay, bei Insel Jersey, Absturz in See infolge Motorschaden. Bruch 100 %. Flugzeugführer Fw Kramer, Werner, + Beobachter Lt Göhringer, Wilhelm, + Bordmechaniker Gefr Pfiffner, Benno, + Bordmechaniker Uffz Grünmüller, Karl, + Matti

The Gerhard Schinkel theory is a very interesting one, as a post in the other thread states that it was a five man crew! Was he the Bordfunker? I have attached one of a number of images that were sent to me which shows one of the crew on a stretcher getting medical help! Interesting indeed!
