ID of Burma Front Fighter Pilots

I am seeking the full names and service numbers of the following pilots. They made claims on the Burma front and are found in Bloody Shambles and/or Air War for Burma.

Clarke (Clark?), P/O J. Kenneth (607 Sqn.) (RCAF possibly J.16527)
Cuthbert, P/O Maurice A. (136 Sqn.)
Evans, Sgt. T. B. (79 Sqn.)
Fox, P/O C. H. (135 Sqn.)
Graham, S/L J. R. (136 & 261 Sqns.) (possibly John Reginald - RAF 1382464/116441)
Grapes, Sgt. D. J. (79 Sqn.)

Gray, P/O R. (79 Sqn.) (possibly Robert - RAF 1315453/124403)
Hayes, F/Sgt. W. (81 Sqn.)
Mann, F/O A. C. (11 Sqn.) (possibly RCAF J.21251)
McCracken, P/O W. (176 Sqn.) (possibly William - RAF 987682/146120)
Peabody, Sgt. J. "Jack" (79 Sqn.)

Been there, done that. I've also checked The London Gazette and The Air Force List for the RAF, the WW2 Nominal Roll for the RAAF, and the Paradise Archive for the RCAF.
