ID german part Me 109 or Fw 190

Dear All,

This was found in the area where a unknown German fighter came down in 1944 in Holland . It looks like Argus clutch but it,s inscripted with- Spengler ?? Stuttgart.
Maybe one of you has any clue on what this could be and what bird.
