Paul Richey 1 Squadron France 1940

Hello All ,

Paul Richey (1 Squadron) was shot down by return fire from Heinkel III's on Sunday 19th May 1940 & crash landed in the Chateau-Thierry Area in Hurricane P2805.
Everything Hunky Dory then - Or so i thought?
In Peter Cornwell's Book - Battle Of France Then & Now he states that it was actually Hurricane P2694?

Can anyone confirm which is the correct Serial Number please & would they also by chance know the Individual Code Number for the Correct Aircraft?

Many Thanks Keith.
