Hello,

I have a reference for a Seafire serial number as being NF805.

Was there either a Spitfire or a Seafire that had this serial number ?

From Profile 221 Seafires (Merlins).
In the NF range :
Westland Aircraft Ltd. 200 a/c.
NF418-455
NF480-526
NF531-570
NF575-607
NF624-665

Hello udf 00,

That is good, Had not looked there

So it would seem that NF805 is wrong which is what I had thought.

I will look at NF505 and NF605 though in case one fits .
