Ar 234 Tire info

I looked at everything I had to no avail.

Probably both, and maybe more. Photos show bald, "X" tread, and groove main tires.

The only lead that I can give you is: I very much doubt that the tires were specially made for the Ar 234. And I'm almost certain the same 935 x 345 mm sized main tires were used on something else, and it may have been the Ju 88/188. (Not certain.)

Re: Ar 234 info

Ar234 used the same as the Do335, Go242, Me110, and a few others.

Continental, Dunlop...and other manufactures made them...

Re: Ar 234 info

The Do 335 utilized 1,015 x 380 mm main tires and 685 x 250 mm nose wheel tires.

(Dornier 335, Smith and Creek, Classic 2006, Pg 35.) Confirmed in the Regnat text.

Re: Ar 234 info

mmmmmmmmmmmm....

Yes and no.

The Do335 V1 used the 935x345.

Nosewheels on the main production variant were both the 685x250 and the 840x300.
