This ac was apparently lost on the above date, crew being Thomas, James, Odell and Luff. However, there is no mention of the loss in the F540 and was there another crew member?

Suggest that you revisit the ORB as the crew of six is listed in Form 540 quite clearly

I should have said F541-I have this (no mention of the loss) but not the F540 so can you enlighten me as you obviously have the F540?

I now have the F540 and the reason why I missed two crew are that they were captured (Reed and Withers) whilst the rest are missing. Still not in the F541!

... and not in the appendices either. I can send this to you if you like in case it is useful, it does give a/c numbers/letters for some events but coverage is sporadic.

Thanks Bruce. Looks to be a an oversight by the F540 writer. I have got what I want but thanks for the offer
