Loss of Ju 88, 9 Mar '43, Munich area.
Has anyone access to information on the Ju 88 claimed as shot down by the crew of Stirling EF343 'B' from 149 Sqn?
ORB shows ' One aircraft shot down a twin engine enemy fighter in flames, shortly after leaving target area. ' ' Target MUNICH. Visibility good with ground haze. Target located and attacked. Many fires seen in target area. Twin engine night fighter destroyed about 20 miles South of Munich. Info required for additional pages on website http:\\www.stirlingpilot.org.uk TIA Alan Fraser
