I found this photo on e-bay , seems to be taken at A-92 St-Trond Belgium , but i'm not sure off this.

Not too certain this must be WNr 714043. Last digit is not clear enough.
As I see it it could also an 8 or even a 9.
Does any written report state that the last digit is a 3?
