squadron leader A.E. Johnson 243 Squadron
Can anyone tell me more about this pilot. He led 243 from 1942-February 1943 but I don't know any more about him and "Johnson" is a pretty common name when searching the internet. No decorations listed so I assume he may have been fast tracked to command a squadron?
