Anyone got copies of Vordruck I and Vordruck II

Hi.

I wondered if any of you guys have empty copies of the following standard documents:

Vordruck I gem L.Dv.1000
Vordruck II gem L.Dv.1000

The second is the template for the Namentliche Verlustemeldungen used by the Luftwaffe as far as I can see. I recently aquired a copy of a letter that show the instructions that the Luftflotten sent to their subordinated units with regards to how the different loss records should be filled out, how they should be communicated and so on, and would like to add the above document to a forthcoming article on the topic.
