The book you need is :

Ils étaient là
Jacqueline et Paul Martin
Aéro Editions
ISBN 2-9514567-2-7

That lists the losses of operationnal units of the Armée de l'Air from 3 Sep 1939 until 25 June 1940, so probably all losses over Belgium (I doubt rear-are units like schools, ferry units and so on operated over Belgium but it is always possible. Such losses are not included in this book).
Also the losses of the Aéronautique Navale (French Navy aviation) will not be in this book but as far as I know no naval aircraft was shot down over Belgium itself. Some were lost over the sea off the Dutch and Belgian coast on the other hand.

If you have a query about one given place or day I may help you (I have the above book), but listing all losses will be too much work.
