German time - Soviet time
hello members,
Reading the different post, I read everything and its opposite on the hours. Soviet summer time = German time + 1, +2 .... Was the exact time this one? The German time is GMT +1 in winter and GMT + 2 in summer (from 1940 to 1945). Moscow time is GMT + 2, all year, there is no more summer time since 1921. Thank you in advance for your answers. |

Re: German time - Soviet time
Thanks Andrey for your answer.
I will try to formalize your answer. Before 1930 Moscow time is GMT + 2 (universal time). By a decree of the Council of People's Commissars of June 16th, 1930, the clock hands having been advanced by one hour, it is the "Derektnoe" times. Moscow is then in GMT + 3. Thus the offset is +1 in summer and +2 in winter. Thank you very much for allowing me to understand. |

Re: German time - Soviet time
Laurent, good day.
Not "Derektnoe" - "Dekretnoe". |
