Status of Hugo Junkers Homepage?

Any idea what has become of the Hugo Junkers Homepage site? The web address brings up a blank page; hopefully, it's just a pause?

Re: Status of Hugo Junkers Homepage?

I recall that Horst was complaining somewhere about limitations by providers of the free website (Yahoo IIRC?) who were pretty intolerant of him.

He was last I heard looking for somewhere else to host it. The site did spring up again with a link from a wikipedia page on Hugo Junkers but this no longer works either.

Re: Status of Hugo Junkers Homepage?

I guess this may be old, but here is one I found while looking up, or trying to find more info on my 211F-1 data plate.

Re: Status of Hugo Junkers Homepage?

I am wondering if this comprehensive page still exists. I could not locate it anymore. Any leads?

Re: Status of Hugo Junkers Homepage?

Quite recently I found it (workable) here: http://hugojunkers.bplaced.net/contents.html
but now it's gone again.
Some of the material is still available here:

Re: Status of Hugo Junkers Homepage?

Macijei,
you got it. That's the new location of the "Hugo Junkers Homepage":
http://hugojunkers.bplaced.net/

They have also some limitations .. you need to login every two month
otherwise the site will be deactivated. However, bplaced is sending an email in advance and I'll try to login before they shutdown the site. So, if it might disappear, it will be back within a short period.

Even if I am no longer statisfied with the contents (meanwhile it represents my knowledge 30 years ago), I decided to keep it online in a new look. But the contents is unchanged since 2006. So, be critical, what you find, especially with old entries.

Updates will come up, whenever I am covering a topic with my current work. Hope, you find it usefull nevertheless,

Greetings, Horst
