In Luftwaffe Officers Career Summaries,you have information that had Anton Otter,a Luftwaffe bomber pilot being a Oberfeldwebel decorated with the DKiG in 1942. Where was the rest of Otter's career from 1943 to 1945? Was he recommended for the Knight's Cross?
