MACR question

Macr 600 - LB-30 - AL589 - June 7, 1942.
OR
Macr 600 - P-400 - Serial unknown - August 30, 1942.

Which is correct ?
OR
Were they both given the same number which at a later date was adjusted ?

Thanks
Alex
