Can anybody confirm whether this aircraft was SOC after returning from the Dieppe raid? The Hurricane (flown by F/Lt Thom of 87 Sqn) had been damaged by AAA/MG fire and then suffered further damage after hitting a steel post whilst making a wheels up landing in a field north of Newhaven.

I've got that, I'm trying to discover whether the aircraft was repaired or declared a write off.
