Fellow Member Dificulty

Hello,
I have recently had correspondence from a fellow Senior Member. He is having considerable difficulty in accessing the forum.

This is what he told me -
the problem is that the site prevents new registration and does not recognise my e-mail addresses for the purpose of updating my password ".

So my understanding is that as he has a new email address the forum does not allow him access to his membership details so that he can update and perhaps also change the password.
What should he do ?
OR
What can be done by the Forum to help the member ?

Hello Alex,


Has your friend tried updating his details using his old e-mail initially to sign in and then changing the details on his account? Hopefully, this is not a stupid question. I can't be certain but I thought that that was what I did when orange decided that they would no longer do webmail and I had to change my USP.


Also just from curiosity why is it difficult to register as a new member?

I have a friend in the NL also who can not access anymore or register again. He was a former member of TOCH. Can anybody contact me per email and that I connect the friend with the administrator?
