German loss over Northern Norway approx. May 15 th 1940
Approx. 15 th of May 1940 a large german plane got damaged over the Hemnesberget/Nesna-area in Northern Norway. Many eyewitnesses saw the plane with black smoke from one of the engines pass by Korgen, heading southeast against the mountains. Does any of you know if Luftwaffe did lose a large plane in this area at that time?
