On the right side (RK-träger), the officer "looks like" Horst Kaubisch, in my humble opinion.

It could very well be Johannes Meinecke. Staka 1./Schl.G1

Sorry I made a typo. It is Meinicke.

Indeed July 1943, exact date not known to me.

On the same day Johannes Gehrmann flew his 400. FF (Staka 3./Schl.G.1).
