Just the 2 according to Foreman-2/506 on 8 Nov and 1/506 on 9 Nov. The latter was the only one lost though-the other was damaged by Flak

Hello Chris .

Thank you for your prompt answer

in fact, I am looking for about the victory of S/Lt Maurice Choron who claimed a He 115 probable on the 1st Nov 40 early the morning.

Maybe is it another type of floatplane?

Thank you Again.

On the 1. of Nov 1940 a He 114 B WNr. 2577 had a crash landing near Aalborg with 70% damage. It belonged to Fl.Erg.Gr. See. Source are the BA losses.

Hope this helps,

Norbert

...but an Erg Gp would not be operating a He 114 close to the UK coast; the RAF was not operating Rhubarbs at that time?
