A question about Hermann Plocher's Study on the luftwaffe in the east

Hi everyone,

I am sure that everyone knows about Hermann Plocher's work "The German Air Force versus Russia". I know that "The German Air Force versus Russia" was translated from German but there is also his "Krieg im Osten" in German, are these the same work ? Or is it a different study.
