Time zones 15th AF

Hello all,
does anyone know about the time differences in summer 1944 when 15th AF fighters ranged far over southern and southeastern Europe. So when i.e. 52nd FG claimed a Bf.109 over Transylvania on 31.8.44 at 1050 was it also 1050 Berlin Time?
