Peter is moving the board to another host. He was fed up with the lack of service at the previous one.

Kevin,
LEMB is NOT down. It is accessable offline only (prob. until 30. Oct. or so).
The address will show up again, as soon as Peter is done with the move.

Another move? The last one only happened several months ago.

Jim,
the first one was due to an attack on several websites all hosted at ezBoard.
None of the sites could recover because also the backups were corrupted. That was a forced move.
This (second) move is due to insufficient support of the hoster and is intentionaly.

Re: LEMB is down, any clue why?

Hi all...

I am pleased to confirm that the LEMB has indeed not gone anywhere. As Chris has correctly pointed out, after 15+ months of deteriorating performance from our previous host, it has been moved to another and is currently undergoing testing and fine tuning. Once the last remaining gremlins have been ironed out, I hope to have it back online by the weekend...

Cheers all

Great news Peter, I had left on a several day hunting trip, one of the last things I did was check the LEMB and 12 O'CH sites and all was fine....I came home to find one of my favorite sites down..... with no prior warning.
thanks for the heads up.
Let me know if I can help Peter?
Kevin
