Activity over England June 25th 1944
Hi,
A crew of No.149 Squadron submitted a claim for a damaged Fw190 at 01.30hrs on June 25th 1944 on return from Rimeux. The encounter is recorded as 10-15 miles south of Reading? Can anyone confirm any Germany activity over the south of England on this date ? TIA Steve

Re: Activity over England June 25th 1944
Highly unlikely that a single Fw 190 would follow an aircraft back especially with a route like this. The Me 410 intruders of KG 51 would have been further east if not operating over Normandy. Nothing pops up losses-wise
