(n.d.) awarded Ehrenpokal? 26.06.43 Lt., 2./NJG 1. 01.07.43 in NJG 5, promo to Oblt. 20/21.02.44 Oblt., with Stab V./NJG 5. 24.04.44 Hptm., appt Staka 8./NJG 5 (to 31.03.45). 14/15.06.44 Oblt., 8./NJG 5. 12/13.08.44 Oblt., 8./NJG 5. 01.10.44 promo to Hptm. 05/06.01.45 Hptm., Staka 8./NJG 5. 30.04.45 Hptm. in III./NJG 5, interned - deserted to Dübendorf/Switzerland - Ju 88 G-6 (C9+AR). Credited with 21 victories.
